Where We Work and What Is Different About Each City
Roofing is not the same job in every suburb. Corinth is almost entirely post-2000 construction hitting its first replacement. Carrollton and Denton have housing stock old enough that tear-offs turn up surprises. Here is the short version for each city we serve, with dedicated pages for the six services people search for most.
Flower Mound, TX
Flower Mound's housing stock was built predominantly between 1990 and 2005, and Bridlewood alone went up between 1996 and 2004. That puts the bulk of the town on its first or second architectural shingle roof right now.
Highland Village, TX
Highland Village started as lake houses in the 1960s and 1970s, then filled in from the late 1980s through the early 2000s. The northeast side is the older half and the west side is newer, which means two very different roofs can sit two miles apart.
Carrollton, TX
Carrollton has the oldest everyday housing stock of any city we serve. Brick ranch and traditional homes from the 1970s and 1980s dominate the core, Rosemeade and West Carrollton run from the 1970s through the 1990s, and Original Town has homes from the 1960s onward.
The Colony, TX
Fox and Jacobs bought roughly 2,500 acres on the eastern shore of Lake Lewisville in 1973 and started building in 1972, with the city incorporating in 1977. That original production housing is now on its third or fourth roof, while Austin Ranch, which dates to 2007, is only now reaching its first replacement.
Coppell, TX
Coppell grew on the back of DFW International Airport through the 1980s and 1990s. The established core around Old Town runs 1980s and 1990s with mature trees, while the southern portions closer to the airport and Irving are 2000s and 2010s construction.
Denton, TX
Denton is the one city on our list with genuinely historic housing. The Oak-Hickory Historic District was adopted in 1985 and covers 70 buildings, most built between 1878 and 1931, and the West Denton district includes nine residences built before 1900 and 92 built between 1900 and 1922. Queen Anne, Prairie and Craftsman rooflines are not tract-home work.
Corinth, TX
Corinth went from 461 residents in 1970 to 3,944 in 1990, 11,325 in 2000 and roughly 24,450 by 2024. Almost the entire city is post-2000 construction, which means an unusually large share of Corinth roofs are hitting their very first full replacement at the same time.
Grapevine, TX
Grapevine adopted a historic preservation ordinance in 1991 and has three National Register historic districts, with some downtown structures dating to roughly 1870. Outside those districts the city is tree-lined 1970s through 2000s stock.
